![]() Dr. Chester W. Kulus Principal Dr. Kulus is the pastor of Calvary Independent Baptist Churches of Lebanon, Plymouth, and Tilton, NH. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry from Emmanuel Baptist Theological Seminary, has recently earned a Doctorate of Theology, and has also published a book entitled Those So-Called Errors. His teaching experience includes four years in the Calvary Institute and over fifteen years at CCS in which he taught Bible, the sciences, and advanced math. He delivers a weekly radio sermon and also adjunct teaches for EBTS. As the unique voice of WCCS radio, Dr. Kulus can be heard in the "Calvary Dome" during sports events. ![]() David Pearson Administrator As the Administrative Coordinator, Mr. Pearson runs the office and other aspects of daily operations. Throughtout his life, he was being prepared by the Lord for to serve in this capacity. Since leaving the Air Force, he has been involved in business management. He managed the front office of a Holiday Inn for a few years; managed a Mobil Gas station for twenty years; and managed an apartment complex. The last of which, he still manages. His skills are a blessing to CCS and help the school to run smoothly. |
![]() Dean Hall Dean of Student Services Athletic Director Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor Degree in Speech Communication from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. As a student, he wrestled and was eventually honored by being inducted into the school's Hall of Fame. After graduating, he started teaching Driver's Education and has done so for the past fifteen years. He also coached and officiated wrestling in the community, assisted with basketball programs, and is still certified to referee wrestling. CCS is glad to have his many skills as he coordinates the sports programs and takes care of discipline issues in the school. Mr. Hall also teaches Algebra and Math this year. |

![]() Tom Morrill Assistant Pastor Camp Harvest Director After graduating from Calvary Christian School in 2002, Tom Morrill went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Evangelism from Pensacola Christian College. He and his wife then traveled extensively throughout the United States as a Representative for PCC. The Lord directed his steps back to CCS in the Fall of 2008 where he currently serves as Pastor Kulus's Assistant and Youth Director. His job responsibilities include teaching Bible, PE, preaching, soul-winning, and leading church music. |

![]() Ginger Platka Kindergarten and First Grade Teacher Ginger was raised in a Christian home and saved at the age of eight in Sunday school. Since then, she has cared for children in various ways including working in a daycare where she had the opportunity to teach one-on-one as well as in groups. She previously was a volunteer at CCS for two years as a Teacher's Assistant for the 1st and 2nd Grades. She also worked in the Library and substituted for K4, K5, and 3rd Grade. This year she is CCS's K4 teacher under the direction of Mrs. Horton. |
![]() Jenny Brobst 2nd and 3rd Grades Secondary Choir Miss Jenny Brobst graduated from Calvary Christian School in 2001. She attended Ambassador Baptist College in North Carolina were she earned a Bachelor of Sacred Music. After graduating from Ambassador, she joined the Faculty at CCS in 2006. Her skills in music are utilized as she teaches choir to the 7th through 12th grades. She also directs the Church Choir of Calvary Independent Baptist Church in Tilton. |

![]() Debbie Morrill 4th and 6th Grades Secondary English Secondary Choir Miss Deborah Morrill also graduated from Calvary Christian School in 2001. She attended Pensacola Christian College in Florida and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Writing. She has spent summers working as a counselor and lifeguard for the Bill Rice Ranch in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Loved by her students at CCS, she prepares the fifth and sixth graders for the transition from elementary to junior high. She also teaches a high school Literature and Grammar class where her mastery of English helps prepare the high school students for college and for life. |
![]() Sandra Anderson Elementary Music Sandra Anderson holds a Bachelors Degree in English with over thirty hours of graduate work. She taught for eighteen years in the public school system as a reading specialist before she came to CCS in 1982 to teach piano and elementary music. She received her degree in English education, but her passion has always been the piano. Her mastery of the piano has trained many wonderful pianists and musicians over the years. Mrs. Anderson is the director for the numerous school programs in which the children display the skills they have learned in their music classes. She also organizes the music at CIBC of Plymouth and Tilton. If you would like your child to take piano lessons, please contact CCS. Mrs. Anderson has also produced a few piano CD's of her own hymn arangements. |

![]() Karen Hall 8th-10th English Literature Karen graduated from Edinboro University of PA with a Bachelor of Science in the Education of the Mentally and Physically Handicapped. She then taught at numerous schools in NH assisting in the classroom and teaching disabled children. She obtained certification for Drivers Education and currently teaches Driver Education around central NH. |

For many years, she has been involved in counseling and child education through numerous ministries of the church. For the past ten years, she has taught various classes and age levels at Calvary Christian School. |

![]() Pat Kettner Elementary Assistant Pat Kettner has worked as a Special-Ed paraprofessional for twenty-one years and three years at a local daycare before retiring. Her love for children is not only evident to her numerous grandchildren and one great-granddaughter but also to the Elementary students each day that she is at CCS. She accepted Christ in 1978 and since then she has taught Children's Bible Hour almost each year. CCS is grateful for her service and assistance. |
![]() Nancy Kulus Libary Supervisor Lunch Specials Mrs. Kulus obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Plymouth State College. It was while at PSC that she saw her need of a Savior and accepted Jesus' gift of salvation. She taught one year at Concord Christian and four years at Calvary Baptist School in Lansdale, PA, before coming here in 1986. Her care for the students and dedication to their learning can be seen in the excellence of the product that she has consistenlty produced. |

![]() Betty Morrill Elementary Assistant Betty Morrill received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Plymouth Teacher's College (now PSU). She also took some graduate courses in learning disabilites. After becoming certified, she taught for more than three years in Meredith before coming to CCS in 1975 where she taught fulltime for twenty years. Since 1995, she has substituted and assisted the younger teachers by passing on her experience. Over the years, her students have greatly benefited from her traditional style of teaching as they mastered academics and other valuable life skills and Godly character. |
![]() Pat Horton Elementary Assistant "I have been teaching since 1971. It is hard to believe all those years have gone by. Teaching has been a great blessing. I have taught K4, K5, and 1st Grade. I have loved each one of my students! Although I attended PSC, I must say the Bible has given me the knowledge I use each day." Mrs. Horton began teaching at CCS in 1985 after teaching at her own private Kindergarten for fourteen years. Her extensive experience is a great asset to CCS.
